Service Agreement

We send over the agreement with the pricing, scope of work, and deliverables spelled out.

Application Complete

We write and submit the grant. You review and approve everything before it goes out.

Pricing

$7,000per application

Flat fee for the full grant writing service.

5%of the grant award

Due within a year of getting the award notice.

We focus on grants of $1.5 million or more. The fee is nonrefundable and due before we start work.

We find up to six local grants or up to twenty across foundation, government, and private sources.

Partial Grant Writing

You need help with the narrative or budget part but have the rest handled.

Full Grant Writing (Single)

We handle the abstract, narrative, budget, org chart, and support letters. Up to five revisions.

Full Grant Writing (Annual)

Up to four applications per year with unlimited revisions.

Full Grant Management

Post-award reporting, audit support, and file management for up to 100 participants.

Common questions

How fast can you turn around a grant application?

If we have all the information from you we can finish in under a week. Standard timelines depend on the grant complexity.

What do I need to provide?

Your EIN, business formation documents, organizational budget, and a description of what the grant is for. We walk you through the rest including SAM and DUNS registration if needed.

Do you guarantee the grant will be awarded?

No grant writer can guarantee an award. But we have a 100% success rate so far and we target grants of $1.5 million or more.

What if I already have a grant writer?

We can work alongside them or take over if you need a fresh start. Every situation is different so we scope it to what you need.
