How It Works

The registered apprenticeship model is a proven framework for developing skilled workers.

Program Design

We collaborate with employers to design apprenticeship programs that meet DOL standards and address specific workforce needs. This includes defining job roles, skill requirements, and training timelines.

DOL Registration

We handle the complete registration process with the US Department of Labor, including all documentation, compliance paperwork, and approval workflows.

Participant Onboarding

Employers hire apprentices who begin earning wages from day one. We coordinate the related technical instruction that complements on-the-job training.

Ongoing Administration

We manage progress tracking, compliance reporting, milestone evaluations, and credential processing throughout the program duration.

Not Seeing What You Need?

We develop custom apprenticeship programs based on employer demand. We also offer grant writing services and full apprenticeship administration packages.
